The Trump machine of bullying greed and killing will not last forever. Many thanks to you and your team for shining a clear bright light on the process for us.
Thank you for all the work you and your volunteers are doing. It underlines how we can never take peace and security for granted. You were great during Covid, now you’re shining a light on another kind of pestilence.
You are doing amazing work - & all the better for being a scientist & health services researcher rather than a ‘political As you did with colleagues from different disciplines in Independent Sage during the Covid pandemic. Please keep going.
Thank you for standing up for what is right. I fear that too many institutions in the UK are doing exactly what is needed for evil to prevail - that is, nothing. We, the citizens, need to realise that perhaps we (particularly the better off) have to be prepared to suffer some hardship by encouraging the government to stand up to Trump.
Keep up the good work - I'm not sure that a retired doctor & poet can be of any help to you, but the offer is there!
So grateful for your vitally important work; living in the midst of it can be overwhelming, and your analysis and record help keep it from getting normalized. Keep it up! (I can’t help but think how proud your dad would be of your undertaking, despite how dismayed he’d be by its necessity.)

From Australia, this looks less like collapse and more like a system discovering what it’s prepared to tolerate. Turns out, quite a lot.
The worrying bit isn’t Trump’s behaviour. It’s how quickly institutions, markets and allies adjust to it. Normalisation is doing most of the work.
Your tracker matters because it keeps the receipts. Without that, this all gets waved away as noise, personality, theatre. And that’s how it spreads.
Immensely grateful that you keep going. You are an inspiration.
